“These people were quick and efficient. Christmas eve they were slamming and still handled my walk-in request. The prices were normal and cheaper than replacing the phone. The front desk staff were pleasant and the techs seemed to be knowledgeable. Clean store with lots of options for accessories.”

“I recently visited this Best Buy to have a dash camera installed in my new car, and I have to say, the experience was great. The installation tech was not only friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable about the product. He took the time to explain its features, ensured a clean and professional installation by neatly hiding all the wires, and made sure I understood how everything worked before I left.
Setting up the appointment was also a smooth process. When I initially called, I explained that I wanted the wires hidden, the camera to power on with my car, and for it not to be plugged into the cigarette lighter. The person on the phone was very helpful and let me know I’d need an additional cable to make that happen. Thanks to their advice, I was able to order it ahead of time and have it ready for the installation.
As for the store itself, it was well-organized with plenty of products on the shelves. However, I was a little disappointed that the only person who greeted me was the loss prevention staff at the front. I spent some time walking around and browsing different departments, and while the store wasn’t too busy, it would have been nice to have an associate check in with me.
Overall, I had a positive experience, especially with the installation service, and I’d definitely consider returning for future tech needs.”
