He was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. Before sending my laptop out, he even showed me how to perform a few helpful tasks myself, which I truly appreciated.
Wilson clearly explained the entire repair process, including what would happen once my laptop was sent out and what I should expect along the way. Since I rely on my laptop every day, understanding the timeline for its return was very important to me, and he made sure I had that information so I could plan accordingly.

“I came to this retailer to switch from Verizon. Pretty much everything that could go wrong did but mostly through a comedy of errors. I was offered a 2-week free trial of internet, t-mobil billing department charged me. Within two days my application for a trade-in premotion was denied, but they hadn't even send me the return box with prepaid postage. It was one problem after another. At this store, my situation was elevated directly to the manager immediately and she repeatedly went to bat for me. She used their internal phone lines to get someone on the phone quickly and navigated that stressful process FOR me. I didn't have to argue with customer service agents or navigate confusing phone systems. Then, when all else fails (t-mobil wasn't going to honor the 2 week free trial), the manager worked with her district manager to get credits put on my bill that would cover the cost. All without me having to really lift a finger. I am sure that is not everyone's experience, but I can only speak to my own experience. Great people at this store.”
“No phone related what so ever but the 3 workers in this morning saved my life for real!! They are here to help you for sure!! I was in the plaza a ways away from home and the keyfob in my car wouldn’t work. I looked thru every business that may have a battery! They didn’t have a battery but they helped me open the fob see what battery it was and let me keep my stuff there so I could run to hannaford to get one! Then they helped me put it all back together! I couldn’t thank these 3 enough!!”
