“Firestone Leominster is the best location of any I've been to. Another Firestone (Manchester) turned my wife's car away, saying that they could not rotate my tires because they had stripped the lugs trying to get them off, then gave us a substantial estimate to fix.
We took the car to Firestone Leominster. They helped us, explaining that the other location had not used a breaker bar to get the lugs off like they should have, that the other Firestone should have been responsible to replace the stripped lugs, then fixed their mistake at no charge despite not being responsible for the damage themselves. I can't say enough good things about this location, especially Ramon and Kristie. Thank you for taking care of my wife's vehicle.”

“Everyone at Town Fair Tire are very personable and helpful, when I called to make an appointment they asked a few questions and then suggested certain tires and gave me an appointment for the following week. We arrived for 9:30 and Amanda said it takes about 2 hours and she called at 11 and said they were done, we went back and picked up car and everyone is just so kind there and wants to make sure we are happy with the service we received. We go there with all our vehicles”
