They did a great job of explaining to me the work they performed on my car, any recommended upcoming services that my car will need and returned my car clean and spotless. Furthermore, the loaner they gave me was a similar vehicle so it was very easy for me get comfortable with it. My service advisor Nick was great and easy work with and didn’t upsell my on any services I didn’t need. I do recommend brining in your car for service and working with him.”

“Brought my car into the shop today for an estimate on a dent in the front of my car. My car is a 2010 and I did not want to spend a lot of money as it has other marks on it. Travis assessed the situation and we discussed what my options were. I was not pressured. He took me right away and was able to help with the dent immediately and I didn't have to wait. The price was reasonable and then some, and I couldn't have been happier with the result. I've been to this shop before, and every time they are professional, knowledgeable, and eager to help. “We had an overall good experience at the body shop. Our car was deemed totaled by insurance but we wanted to have it fixed. They did an overall excellent job repairing it and it now looks as if the accident never happened and the car drives very well. The price is also very reasonable compared to other places. The only reason that I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that they are very busy and often underestimate the time it will take. So be prepared to potentially wait a long time for the work to be done. But it will be done very well if you have the time.”

“I was really happy with my service at American Automotive Aftermarket. Jim Burns was very responsive and helpful while we scheduled my appointment to have a new tonneau cover installed on a Ram 1500. It would have been next day service except that I called too late in the day for Jim to get the part ordered for next day delivery. The new cover looks fantastic and was expertly installed. They have a nice, clean waiting room where you can bring your laptop and work while you wait. Highly recommended!”

“Great place, old school auto parts yard, the kind you don't find anymore. Family business, John is a gem. Friendly folks, great prices, You just come in, tell them what you're looking for, they tell you where the vehicle is that has the parts you need. You bring your own tools, pick your own parts out of the vehicles, take them to the front, John tells you what they cost, and you get surprised how affordable it is! Just be careful, because if you hurt yourself taking apart an old car, it's on you, not their liability!”
