“I was a little hesitant to order through here initially because of the previous bad reviews. However, I had a great experience. It was very straight forward to order the pump. Communication was quick. The nice lady that picks up the phone (don’t remember her name) she was helpful when I asked her about the different types of pumps. She said that she works with a lactation consultant outside of this job.”

“Watch City Pharmacy offers quite literally a night and day improvement over the chains and even other independents. They are always on time with refills (I recently called one in and… it was already being filled!), they have successfully lined up all my refills for a once monthly drop (one visit vs 5-10 at other pharmacies), and the customer service is superb. I’ve never received a “your refill is ready” only to find it is not (I’m looking at you CVS). Fast, friendly, on time. There’s no comparison to the other providers. Keep up the great work!”
