They sent it right away and received it the day after. I also want to shout out the NWH Lactation Support Group. They delivered my scooter late the night before my arrival and didn't hold it against me when my plans changed for a later pickup.The only reason I gave it 4 stars we because the scooter battery life wasn't as long as I was told... leaving me stranded down town and pausing my vacation for 4 hours to charge long enough to at least get back to the hotel. Spent $30 to see a movie we had already seen so we could plug it in.”

We had an unexpected equipment failure which required emergency repair over the weekend and despite it being the Sunday before the July 4th holiday, Anthony took the time to come and rectify the situation although the equipment was not a product he supplied.
