I want to commend Klaudia and Hani at TD Bank on Mass Ave in Lexington MA. More than once they helped me with what for me were rather complicated transactions. I appreciated their competence, patience and friendliness. Thank you!

Went to mass Ave location. All TD parking spots full. Figured long wait in bank. Walk in absolutely nobody else in bank beside me. Wish the guard st parking lot was still there. No right for non banking customers to fill lot. As I left a woman parked and went out of lot to other stores. Time to find a new bank
