“The owner, Heidi was watering plants when I arrived after 5 pm. Although the stand closes at 5 pm, the stand is still open for payment with the honesty box on the counter. I chose 3 ears of delicious corn. Heidi called from her watering position to see if I needed help, which I did not. Lots of produce was available, including her prize winning tomatoes.”

It was a $0.30 fix but the associate, Mark, spent the time with me to make sure that I was all set, found the right size to fit and even helped me fix my skate. They came right on time, planted our new tree efficiently, and watered not only the Princess but our flower beds as well. Many other nurseries would have to order a tree but we had the privilege of picking out our Princess in person on the Bedford, MA, grounds--another reason to choose NE Nurseries.”

“People will complain about the retail service here, but this ain't HD or Lowes, it's a supply house. If you need a 2x12 and don't want to burn an hour driving to HD in Waltham and back, they're great. The hours however are limited, since they service contractors. That said, while I might have to wait or try to get someone's attention, I've always gotten what I needed here from paint to lumber to propane tank refills all while supporting a local shop rather than sending the money to a mega corp.”

Their system said that they had over 100 of the tubing that I wanted, we could not find any. He found the guy who worked in the irrigation section who dug around and found it buried behind other stuff.”

“I don’t usually write reviews for big box stores because the experience is usually less than average, and no one is ever helpful. it just feels like a self serve walk in get what you need goto self checkout and leave. However, I have to write a review and shout out to my man Mailik! He should earn employee of the month! I had needed multiple shelves but my truck couldn’t haul them all in a single go. When I came back for the second load the store employee didn’t bring them down like he said he would. Instead of operating a fork lift Mailik just used a regular lift using common sense to solve my problem instead of waiting for a fork lift driver. He got the light duty shelves down to me right away and asked if I needed any further assistance while I was in the store! Class act employee thank you sir for not making me wait 30 minutes and thinking how to solve my problem and go above and beyond! Home Depot may be your current job but you kind sir are going far places in life! Keep up the good work.”

“Overall service was excellent. The only complaint we have is billing. The home Depot billing system seems not straightforward, always has glitches. This time is no exception, got an error that the store staff couldn't explain, had to leave a note in the system about the billing issue. We've paid the first portion, and will ask home Depot to correct the billing when pay the second portion. By the way this is not the first time we experienced the billing issues.”

“I was there today at Natick store. Natick is very far away for me from Lexington. But they have great vanities with stone like counter top all the time. The other store will tell me the store model is not for sale. Now I know why. The guy from plumbing department helped me to find a replacement for a missing mirror, took me to the manager for price adjustment , disassembled the vanity from the rack & the floor and helped to put it on my car. What a efficient service. All the people there I met today are super nice and friendly!”
