Place was always a 5 out of 5. The technicians still are. The service representatives still are. The website sucks. UsungAI to do business and not answer phones means I'll look for another dealer when it comes time to buy my 6th Toyota

The best positive reliable car dealer ever I dealt with westborough Toyota and a car I liked with roof racks on it, but when received they told me the racks don't come with the car. I will tell you I will never go there. I will always stick with Acton Toyota
