“An amazing book store, chock full of well-priced and highly curated books. The fiction section was eclectic without being filled with junk. There were so many best sellers and award winning literary fiction from the last 30 years, including works from Scandanavia, the UK, and elsewhere.

Overall, an extemely spacious store - there is other media (DVDs, some manga) and some more items as well

Valley Wild Books is the type of place to spend a lazy Sunday, and you'll be sure to leave with an armful of books - we did!

“Loved this cozy and welcoming bookstore! Great collection of children's book and a few shelves for adults. There are several knick knacks and interesting items like tea, cards, journals, magnets, and literary toys that would make great small gifts. Whimsical and beautiful decor inside that lends to a fun and magic atmosphere.”

“Called on Monday morning looking for a specific firefighter-related textbook, FSB Books was literally the only store in the state I could find that carried it, and they immediately told me it was available. I drove to come get it (hour and a half away) and arrived around noon. The staff was great— got me the book and chatted with me for a bit before I got back on the road! Beautiful little store for first responders/fire/police. Wish I could have stayed longer but definitely has all kinds of good stuff!”

“This is one of the best bookstores I’ve been to, and I go to lots of bookstores. There was a good selection of books, both popular, classics, and local. There was clearly a lot of care but into the selection. The classics had beautiful covers, the most beautiful and whimsical I’ve seen, and covers that I hadn’t seen anywhere else. There was a thoughtfully curated gift selection, with many things handmade by artists — coasters, earrings, bookish tote bags, bookmarks, candles, wax seal stamps, stationery, teacups, and more! I wanted to buy everything. This bookstore is about an hour away from where I usually live, and I would definitely make the trip back up here just to visit again. It truly is a gem of a bookstore. I’m glad it exists, and I wish there were more like it. It’s a haven for book lovers. The owner was very sweet and friendly, too! Also, there’s a good student and teacher discount! Definitely visit, even if it’s just to browse — you’ll find something you like.”
