“I came here after a bad experience at a BOA near where I live and received EXCELLENT customer service from the time I stepped in the door. Although their system was down at the time Maria took my information and ensured me that she would call me as soon as the system was back up and she was true to her words. She made it very easy and quick for me to complete my transactions the following day. Other branches of BOA can use a lesson from Longmeadow, and I live in CT!! I had to cross over the border to get great service. You will be seeing more of me at this branch! Thank you!!!”

Also, telephone customer service is very good.Persons who might require frequent notarization of legal documents might carefully consider avoiding TD, inasmuch as TD now appears to be unreceptive to notarizing many documents.This does not appear to be a problem in the other Longmeadow banks.”
