The job was difficult, since the hot tub had an enclosed deck with limited access, but Lee and his gang seemed to have no trouble. I also appreciated their patience when the hot tub delivery was 9 weeks late, but they were ready as soon as it arrived. Highly recommended!! 5 stars!”

“My UHaul canceled the night before my move and I called Keith and had a pickup time, insurance, and contract for a reasonable price signed in less than 90 minutes for a NEXT DAY cross state move. The crew at AllardSend saved the day. Armad and Ahmed worked extremely hard, were punctual and never took a second to complain about the heat. For the price point, these guys delivered beyond what I expected. Based on reading some yelp reviews on these guys, people expect all their furniture to be bubble wrapped and transported with white gloves by movers, however that's not always realistic. These guys bust their butts and we had barely any damage to our belongings, better than most other companies I've worked with. Be realistic, wrap your nice items purposefully, and you'll have a good experience.”
“I recently had to retrieve my POD to add additional items, after completion the door was closed, I was a little distracted and placed the lock and tag on the unit. The next morning I got to thinking that I locked the unit in the open position (not sliding the latch over) after panicking, I went to the facility first thing Monday morning. I was greeted by Cessia, who remembered me and went to check on the POD, it was unlocked as I suspected, she took my key and locked the unit for me. I was very impressed how Cessia at the Ludlow MA facility handled the situation and am very grateful to her for her assistance and calming demeanor.”

Sitterly sent out five really funny, friendly, affable guys and a big truck to my place and they were super fast and efficient in terms of taking stuff apart and being up front with what they did and didn't feel comfortable moving out of my place. “If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! This is my second time using UPack. We ended up needing an extra pod last minute and they delivered same day. They were picked up a day later than planned (due to us needing the extra pod) and they were still delivered a day early. Everyone we dealt with from those on the phone to the drivers were so friendly and helpful. Would definitely use again!”

“I was pleasantly surprised by this company, used them through Upack for a long distance move because the price was the cheapest I could find. I was terrified something was going to go wrong and the truckload of my entire life’s material contents would be destroyed or lost or delayed in some way. But they showed up on time, a nice dude by the name of “dynamite” Doug was patient with all my questions and explained everything in great detail, then they picked up on time, stayed in close contact with me by text and phone, and a week later dropped off on time at my new home, and everything in the truck was in tact! They did an excellent job.”
