“I have utilized this location daily for 27 years! Each and every employee from Christine( now retired), Jose, Maria, Destiny, Alex and others have always been extremely cordial and helpful. This includes their ability to assist in mailing locally, nationally and internationally. Always quick efficient and professional to make sure my items are mailed properly. Many customers who I have seen that seem in a rush or short on time are always helped with an explanation of what to expect on delivery times. Every staff member is top notch in my book.”
“Came with my UPS barcodes to return a 5+ items, and unfortunately I couldn’t use any of the barcodes to return my items. However, Mark was nice enough to help me out cancelling all my barcodes in order to get the UPS return labels, he also printed them out for me and provided me with all the packaging needed. Vlad as well was very nice to other customers while I was in the location. It’s so hard to find excellent customer nowadays and these 2 guys are doing a great job running this business. Thank you both!”

“My UHaul canceled the night before my move and I called Keith and had a pickup time, insurance, and contract for a reasonable price signed in less than 90 minutes for a NEXT DAY cross state move. The crew at AllardSend saved the day. Armad and Ahmed worked extremely hard, were punctual and never took a second to complain about the heat. For the price point, these guys delivered beyond what I expected. Based on reading some yelp reviews on these guys, people expect all their furniture to be bubble wrapped and transported with white gloves by movers, however that's not always realistic. These guys bust their butts and we had barely any damage to our belongings, better than most other companies I've worked with. Be realistic, wrap your nice items purposefully, and you'll have a good experience.”
“I recently visited the Staples store in West Springfield Mass to find a batter back up for my home computer. The sales associates were knowledgeable and very helpful. Not sure that I could have made the right selections without their help. I typically go straight to Staples for office supply needs. Not necessary to shop around.”

The employee who helped me was kind and considerate, and answered all my questions to my satisfaction, and worked hard to find the least expensive way to get my package to my dear friend overcoming cancer. I like this UPS store especially because it's right in line with all of the other errands I do (Riverdale Road).”
“Very well-kept post office with friendly and knowledgable staff. It was my first time renewing a passport by mail and I wasn't sure what to do. The clerk not only helped me with my passport photo, but checked to make sure my documents were in order and mailed the application out for me. That kind of attentive service is hard to find these days.”

“I admit, I was terrified when my package from St. Louis to Seattle somehow ended up on the opposite coast in Massachusetts. I was even more upset when I read the reviews for this distribution center. Fortunately for me, they redirected my package to its proper direction in a timely matter. I had no conversation with them, because I didn't need to. They handled it. I appreciate that alot. So, if your package ends up here, give them a lil time and patience. It may arrive later than expected, but it will arrive.”
“I went in to fed ex to print passport documents from a government website. I had trouble accessing the site. Santino was professional and helpful. He walked me through the site and helped me print my documents and then helped me ship the paperwork. Best fed ex personnel. Thank you Santino!”

I wish they would give the people getting passports clear instructions that they can walk away with, fill out the form, then come back to the counter instead of standing there clogging up the line and every time I hear the same thing “you have to fill everything out, yup you need to fill that out too” idk how a stranger needs to assist you in writing your personal information, it shouldn’t be that difficult. Otherwise the line seems to move quickly.”
