“I absolutely love coming to this post office on Enfield Street! Every visit has been a positive experience. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, professional, and genuinely willing to help.

On one visit, I brought in a package containing important documents. A postal employee recommended a mailing envelope that would better protect my documents, and I’m so glad they did. They took the time to explain the different options instead of just rushing me through the process.

I also had another very important piece of mail to send. I knew I wanted more than just delivery confirmation, and the staff carefully explained the available services and recommended the best option for my situation. Thanks to their guidance, the recipient had to sign for it, and everything arrived safely exactly as planned. That extra peace of mind meant so much to me.

This wasn’t just a one-time great experience I’ve been coming to this location several times, and the service is consistently excellent. The employees are knowledgeable, patient, courteous, and truly care about helping their customers.

“This was about a month ago at this point. I had just dropped off some packages for Amazon return the process was super smooth and went off no issue at all. Never done it before and the gentleman inside with the big beard and tattoos Steven I think his name was helped me through it no issue.

The real reason I am giving this 5 stars is when I went out to my car there was a raccoon eatting someones left overs they spilt on the parking lot. I freaked out and started to yell and then that same guy who helped me RAN outside and shouted at it until it backed off away from my car.
I was a bit awe struck as this stranger made sure I was safe. I have not been back as I am a bit embarrassed but he should for sure get some sort of merrit.

“4 stars because it isn't the working-man USPS in the trenches that makes the system laughable, but the overpaid honchos in charge.

Overpaid, I said what I said. Doesn't take much to oversee operations are a disaster from the top down, especially at this location.

Hopefully retirement comes sooner rather than later for some folks there, and a new generation of faces that care will take the helm, ones that at least sort of care.

Finally, I have an entire family of postal workers, don't tell me I don't know how you people operate. ?”
