“This is by far, THE BEST apartment complex I’ve lived in. They take complaints seriously and follow up with you instead of giving you attitudes. The maintenance guys are GREAT and FAST! They do everything by the book (which is why you see some bad reviews because people don’t wanna follow rules), but it keeps everything in place. As long as you clean the apartment properly, YOU WILL GET YOUR DEPOSIT BACK unlike most of the places I’ve lived in before. Keep up the good work!”

“Place is nice, staff as well as residents are kind and helpful. Shout out to Rachel who is awesome, the other staff as well. Oh the maintenance guy is super knowledgeable and nice. So far it's been a great experience, it's pricey but where isn't. Any issues I've had with my apartment has been resolved quickly and efficiently.”

“Found a great 1 level apartment at Taylor Pond for our Mother. In the 8 years of residence there she was very pleased with living accommodations, pleasant surroundings and location to several services including Lahey hospital, etc. The staff at Taylor Pond in the leasing office were always accommodating in treating her like she was the only resident with stellar service. Whenever there was maintenance to be done in the apartment the maintenance people were always there promptly and had whatever needed fixing done in a timely manner including any emergency services. Added to the service provided our family became acquainted with the great staff in the leasing office, in particular Arthur. Always warm and friendly to Mom and our family-helpful in every way. We cannot Thank You enough for looking after whatever she needed. She enjoyed living at Taylor Pond in every way. We will definitely recommend Village Taylor Pond for anyone in need.”

“Just documented some move in existing damage noted in the one bathroom (mirror and cabinet). Some Clorox bleach needed to clean some existing black mold from the shower enclosure caulking. The stove gas was shut off and I needed to place a call to your maintenance technician to assist the tenants how to restart the gas connection.”

“If You Are Looking For An Apartment Complex That Is Family Friendly As Well As Pet Friendly ( Some Breed Restrictions Apply), Then This Is The Place For You! The Office Staff and Maitnance People Are Friendly Yet Professional. Are You Tired of Driving Everywhere? Pheasant Run has Two Grocery Store's in Walking Distance Of the Complex. One is Market Basket and Shaws is the other. The Pheasant Lane Mall, Home Depot, Five Guy's, Five Below and Party City moved into the same plaza. Trader Joe's & Soon to come is Whole Foods that are Just a Few Shop's that Are in Walking Distance. In the other Direction Pet Smart, Shaws, The Paper Store, Barnes & Noble As Well as Panara Bread are Also in Close Proximity. Pheasant Run Offers Two Beautiful Pools that Are Open During the Summer Month's, a Private Gym that you will be issued a card for upon signing your lease, a Tennis/ Basketball Court and a Picnic Table Area with Grills. This is Also where there is a play area is set up for the Kid's and a slide. I Have to say it's Beautiful in the Fall to sit out either on Your Deck to Read or at those those table's and catch up with the neighbor's. Also to walk through BAE and enjoy some time at the pond. Pheasant Run Also has Annual Barbecues, Activities for the Kid's, Wake Up With Dunkin Coffee, and Does donations Yearly for Back to School As Well As During The Holidays. Every Little Bit Helps! I recently moved after living at Pheasant Run for ten years. I miss it. Seeing the Girl's from the office, Angela, Kelly, Brianna and Lisa really helped immensely with the transition and helped reduce stress from this life event. Don't think I forgot about the maintenance crew; They were always helpful and responded in a timely manner. Always Professional and it's nice to be able to joke around with them.

“Great place to live. Apartments are modern, leasing office is very helpful, pool is great, gym is great, close to the mall, other tax free shopping. Overall property is great for walking to get exercise, especially by the pond. Only real con are the dumpsters, people who don’t live on the property come in the middle of the night to dump. They get emptied twice a week. Make sure to sign up for the mail lockers to make receiving packages easier.”

“You would never get the fast response from maintenance anywhere other than the Villas. It was prompt and efficient. The light fixtures were replaced in both the kitchen and the dining room and they are operating perfectly. Thank you, Paul and Team!”

Maintenance is great, leasing office responds kindly and timely to emails and takes care of any issues that arise along with handling the issues professionally. We enjoy using the dog bath area and all the amenities that the property provides. The insulation seems to be very poor but other than that - the apartment itself has been a great place to live.”
