“Don was a great help. My car broke down about 2 miles and I got it towed there and Don helped me out from start to finish. I went with my parents, first my dad when it broke down and my mom when the car was ready. He answered all of my parents questions and when we asked for 4 new tires instead of just saying yes to it for more money, he suggested we only replace the back 2 since the front ones didn’t need to be changed at all! He even recommended us another tire brand that’s quiet compared to the ones we were initially thinking about getting. Don, you are my savior!!”

“Ray and his son saved the day when my wife and I were stranded without hope. Our car broke down 350 miles away from home and, despite taking our car to Ray 45 minutes before close, he and his son did everything in their power to get us back on the road. Diagnosing the issue became elusive, but Ray ultimately didn’t charge for his exhaustive and time-consuming efforts to find the problem. More importantly, he pressured me AGAINST investing in an expensive fix. Both Ray and his son are beyond convivial and accommodating, which is especially welcomed when facing a distressing situation like my wife and I did. It’s so hard to find a trustworthy mechanic and Ray is one of the very few you can. If it’s not clear at this point, let me unequivocally say that I can’t recommend their team highly enough.”

“Just got my truck back after an incident where I went off the road and through the woods. Almost 360 degree damage. I was torn. The truck is brand new. Pearl white. With OVER 30K in damage. I didn't even want the truck back and was nervous about what I would be getting back and the process. They walked me through everything. Every step of the way. When I got my truck back, I'm telling you I could not see or tell there was ANY damage. Whether the panel was replaced or repaired, it looked brand new. “John helped me with my 2013 Honda Civic when I started having battery issues. I had purchased a battery from Advance Auto Parts, but within a year it began failing. Unfortunately, they wouldn’t honor the warranty because I no longer had the receipt.
John truly went above and beyond. He took the time to gather every possible detail from the battery to help Advance Auto Parts locate the purchase in their system. Despite his efforts, they ultimately refused to budge, but I was incredibly grateful for how hard he tried on my behalf.
John is a great mechanic not just because he does quality work, but because he genuinely cares about his customers. He’s also very communicative, which I really appreciate. He doesn’t just say, “You need a new battery.” He explains why. As a woman, that makes me feel confident and respected, especially compared to other places where you’re given a repair bill with little explanation and left wondering if everything was truly necessary.
One last thing I want to mention: this is a family-owned business, and his father still works there. That’s something you don’t see much anymore, and it really shows in the quality of care and knowledge. Supporting small businesses is important but supporting family-owned businesses is even better. That kind of generational experience is priceless, like grandma’s recipes that always stand the test of time.
