“Friendly, Well stocked, hardware store. Service seems to be top priority here. They have quality products and well organized. Prices are a bit more than the larger stores. Always happy to go there. Recently, I bought 15 bags of mulch which they kindly put into the back of my truck for me. Being 64, it is very beneficial to me so I can take out the bag one by one to do my front lawn. 😀😃🙂”

“This review is specifically for Bo at the 12 Coliseum Ave. Store in Nashua. He is amazing! Best customer service I have ever had, anywhere. I currently have an issue (not necessarily with the store itself) and Bo jumped right on it. Not only was he light years beyond competent at his job, he was also, knowledgeable, caring, concerned and he was also funny and an overall awesome person to talk to. Whatever Home Depot is paying Bo, it is not nearly enough. Bo actually gave me back some faith in humanity and Customer Service. Thank you!!!”
“The entire team was great (Chris, Jason and Robbie). What a difference even my grandson who’s 7 years old noticed. As for me, my skin, my hair and the taste are phenomenal. No more carrying cases of water. I’m so pleased with the service and equipment. “I bought a Craftsman table saw, but when I got it home, I found multiple parts to be missing from the box. Needless to say, I wasn't thrilled, but upon returning it, the customer service associate Kathy, turned my negative experience into a very positive one. She was kind, patient, understanding and very helpful. She aided me in exchanging my faulty table saw for a brand new one and even inspected the box with me to make sure it had all the required parts. It was much appreciated!”
