“Huge shoutout to Wafa at Quest Diagnostics in Chelmsford! I have very difficult veins, and it usually takes multiple attempts and sometimes multiple phlebotomists to successfully draw blood. But Wafa is truly exceptional. Last week, she got it on the very first try with absolutely no pain. Today was another example of her skill. One phlebotomist was unable to draw my blood and had to pass it on. When Wafa stepped in, she again got it on the first attempt, it was quick, smooth, and completely painless.
