Can NEVER pick up the phone. Metro used to be so good with customer service.

The two little stars is the first time I went and received good service. Today, 08/31, I took my parents to buy a new line and I was ashamed of the disregard the saleswoman treated us. I walked away with my baby and we looked for another unit. I will never go back to the School St store again

internet is slow and customers should not have to buy a wifi box to have good internet and im not buying a phone from the store my phone is way better.
