“After having another store I paid to transfer my data off my old iPhone 10 to my new 15 incorrectly I went home and tried to do it myself and ended up inadvertently deleting my eSIM and having no service on either phone! I was so distraught but this store spent over an hour of their time and kept pushing and trying different things to help me until I got service back at no charge. They know what they’re doing, highly recommend for good customer service”

“I went to this store because I was insanely unsatisfied with AT&T and their BS and was looking for a more affordable phone provider. The associate who helped me, I believe his name was Allam, was very helpful and kind. He wasn't pushy and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. I told him what my budget was and he followed through down to the last detail. I left the store having spent much less than I anticipated. Thanks for a pleasant experience.”

“After a hour and a half waiting on the phone for t-mobile representative... she couldn't verified my identify to set up my e-sim. I had already explained my 'broken' phone could not be turned on so I could not receive her text message to verified whatever code she is sending... T-Mobile as a company need to do better with the verification process for online services/calls. Why make customer set up two step authentication or code verification etc only to send them to the store with an photo id? Especially after waiting a hour and some minutes to get a representative on the phone?? Anyways, I digress. These poor reps at Bridge Street had me walking in 15mins before their store close. If I was them, I'd be annoyed but Wes greeted me and tried to help me. His partner was kind enough to keep trying to when the e-sim wouldn't registered or whatever it does through their system. I truly felt bad and shown up 15min prior to closing. But I was so annoyed with the service I had on the phone & I was without a phone for three days! They stay after store hour closed and they didn't rush me out. I kept apologizing yet they were nice about it and told me no worries. Thanks guys! It was much appreciated!”

Was served by Alex - who managed to get me a great deal for a prepaid SIM and also fix some billing issues that were caused by a sneaky Metro staff from another store who added a $10 insurance charge to my account without my authorisation or knowledge. “I went it at 7p and the two employees there helped me start on a new phone plan with T-Mobile and got me set up with my new iPhone. They were extremely helpful and kind and answered every question I had. They told me usually they don’t allow phone transfers after 7 because they close at 8 but they stayed a few minutes late to make sure my phone was set up and working and that I had everything I needed before I left. If I could give more than 5 stars I would because of how amazing my experience was. The two employees I interacted with make me very satisfied with my choice of switching to T-Mobile.”
