I went in to buy a charger for my phone. And I was told that I qualified for an upgrade for a 5G for $130. Then the Manager steps up and says that I do not qualify and wants to charge me $356. I said just sell me a charger please. He said he didn't have one to fit my phone and I left. I went to another location and bought a phone and I did qualify for the upgrade because the man showed me on the computer that I was lied to by the manager at the school Street St store. Terribleterrible customer service

Not helpful and over price their phone how does a phone cost $299.99 on the manufacturer website but cost $450 in store and on the metro website says $279.00 and still overcharges don't trust this store they will argue that you are wrong and stupid and have no idea what you are talking about but they used to be good not sure what happened that they have to screw people out of money and corporate says I have to go in store to get it settled but they refuse to do anything in store Don't deal with Diago he will just argue with you instead of helping you I have been a customer for more than 15 years and this is my worst experience

internet is slow and customers should not have to buy a wifi box to have good internet and im not buying a phone from the store my phone is way better.

There wasn't a line there was no wait place was dead except for the two customer service reps that didn't make eye contact with me I told them what was wrong with my phone they fixed it and that was it no explanation of how or why it happened and then I told her it wasn't completely working right she said all she could do was reset the whole phone which I didn't want to do so I went home and the whole phone was broken again so I had to go back down there and at that point she handed me a piece of paper with instructions on how to fix my phone I read the paper and fix my phone myself but I went two days without receiving or sending text messages I missed appointments in lots of money because I couldn't get those text messages I had to make two trips down there three phone calls .for them to hand me a piece of paper that I read and fix myself who reimburses you for no phone service for two days three days even an hour they never credit you when they screw up but if you don't pay that bill on the day it's due they'll shut you off. Metro is not a bad company but it just seems like since T-Mobile got in there I've had more problems with billing customer service phone issues.. may have to rethink and I've been a metro person for many many years just annoyed you don't realize how important your phone is till parts of it ain't working. And I hate being on the phone
