Last week the metro on school st, u haven't been opened, came by and no sign stating u were on break, last few times since the 1st of May 2026, its been locked, very frustrating

Can NEVER pick up the phone. Metro used to be so good with customer service.

The two little stars is the first time I went and received good service. Today, 08/31, I took my parents to buy a new line and I was ashamed of the disregard the saleswoman treated us. I walked away with my baby and we looked for another unit. I will never go back to the School St store again
