Quest location is a very positive experience and quick and easy appointment online and check‑in process. Appointment online made and check‑in quick. Staff and lab technicians friendly professional reassuring kind. Phlebotomist and person blood work very nice considerate patient. Process quick. Waited few minutes in and out. Running on time and waited only few minutes in lobby. Lab technicians accommodating kind. Staff reassuring comforting. Location busy packed times but great recommend. Interior and exterior could use some sprucing up.

Went 1-16-2026 940 am appointment was seen at 939 am Technician was Above and Beyond , I Could not of had a better experience I can honestly Say Much more efficient Then LGH & Saints Memorial A little understaffed But It’s Not The Kinda facility to Keep extra staff ! I had a great experience here at Quest Diagnostics in Lowell. The service moved quite fast and the staff was nice. They made it very simple to take care of things effectively and timely.
