They do no understand representative payee accounts

The worse bank ever!! I was issued a replacement card with the first two letters of my last name missing first after a long - 18 days in the mail because apparently this branch can’t issue cards it has to come from the Pittsfield branch. Beacon Bank do better for your customers!!

I called the bank 3 times and left a message to have a call back. I never received a call back. Not satisfied at all
