“The staff here showed me that they care for the local community even though it is a national bank. I don’t bank here but my daughter who just learned about banks in preschool wanted to exchange some quarters for bills. We were turned away at Freedom Credit Union (the local bank) where we also don't bank (I bank online), they didn't care that it was just $6 in quarters and it was just for a child. I had to drive a tearful 4 year old over here after that experience. I am glad TD’s teller had more common sense than FCU’s.”
