Friendly staff.Kind of taken aback by all of the negative publicity for this particular branch.And for everyone bellyaching about getting screwed over with overdraft fees: Simple solution is to not overdraft. You knew the terms and conditions when you signed on the dotted line. That's not the banks fault!
