Applied for a car loan, took a week to finalize to find out at closing they will not give me the check for the dealer it has to be mailed, thought it was going to the dealer to find out they are mailing it to me. WHY! Check is payable to the dealer ! Fed Ex three days later I am still waiting to get this check, can't pick up my truck and not able to pick up my FedEx package where it is held ,do you Key bank making restrictions on package. Never have I ever experienced such poor customer service from a bank. They are not about customer service and hide things from you.Ludlow key bank is the worse ! DO NOT APPLY FOR ANY LOAN , you will regret it!

Don't ever use this bank they have the worst customer service. I applied for a car loan and it has just been one issue after the next. It was like they have never done one before. I would never recommend anyone to use this bank for anything at all unless you want a headache.

Good experience. Friendly staff.Kind of taken aback by all of the negative publicity for this particular branch.And for everyone bellyaching about getting screwed over with overdraft fees: Simple solution is to not overdraft. You knew the terms and conditions when you signed on the dotted line. That's not the banks fault!

Excellent experience with branch manager, Carla Banas. While I was there, I noticed a local “business of the month” table, for Wilbraham Flowers , very nice feature to support local businesses.

Every-time I order online I have a problem, and for some reason orders and payments will go through but then get cancelled randomly by them when I have enough money in my account, and they don’t even email or call.

Awful experience, opened a home equity line and have had noting but problems, incorrect information was entered which caused a 4 week hold on my account, then after when it was open and ready went to make a payment and the account doesn't exist to the recipient. Stay away

This bank has an internal issue, they will honor any debit prior to any deposit. They know this and limit how many reversals you can get in a year. Let's say you deposit money into the system 20 mins after you go one dollar over into the negative. You immediately make a deposit with a stellar using cash. They will give you an overdraft fee even though you have to close of business that day. You will be charged and you deposit will be affected accordingly. They will not overturn or limit you total reversals. Great way to do banking. They know this but refuse to fix the system, you call to get it fixed and the upper levels of management only know this and will not train lower levels. Key bank don't bother responding, the ship has sailed on changing my opinon.

No one gets back to u on bogus fees they charged me 57.00 for balance inquiry which I don't do and they charge u over draft fees on overdrafts

I had to give 1 star just to write a review. The branch in ludlow the worst and the customer service is horrible. I do NOT bank here i used the atm that is attached to the branch and this atm is always broken or need service . This time i used the atm and it took my card all together and there was nothing anyone could do and it was the night before the big storm here in mass. I could not prepare myself for the storm thanks to KEY BANK
