“Super helpful staff. Mr Cary helped me with flowers and oasis and tray for me to make a small funeral tribute. Together with some Zinnia from the garden adjacent. Well done!”
“If you need grass seed, go here! I had the most helpful experience from Casey. This guy really knows his stuff when it comes to grass and seed. I don't know a lot about this stuff, but enough to be able to start a lawn myself. He took the time to explain everything and calculated out how much seed I would need between the blends recommended for the new part of my lawn and for overseesing the rest. After leaving there, I felt so much more at ease about this project because of Casey! Thank you so much!”
“My yard was in rough shape and looking rather unattractive. Graziano did an amazing job and it looks so much better now! They chose a good assortment of shrubs, grasses and a cherry tree for a back yard area along my fence, next to the garage, and some areas around my house. I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. I highly recommend their services.”
“I bought a beautiful mum plant today. They had the tallest/fullest corn stalks that I have seen. I have been here in the past and bought some beautiful seasonal flowers I was looking for and flower pots. When I decide what trees/bushes I want I'll go here next year. They do have an area with really nice country/farmhouse decor etc..”
“I like Home depot in Wilbraham because they always have what I need. And most of all the customer service workers are very nice and respectful and they always find a solution to the problem specially IRIS she always finds the solution...”
“I was in there today and really needed help finding ideas for an important home project which I knew nothing about. I was politely greeted by an employee, Kabrial, who asked if I needed any help finding something. He was very friendly and knowledgeable when I asked him several questions. He assisted me throughout the store to find what I needed to complete this project, which took some time. Five star customer service! I really appreciate this employee going above and beyond for me!”
“Update 2/9/22 : still good, lots of shelves close to empty but I found what I was looking for. Seems like all local stores have the empty shelves so I wasn't surprised to see this Walmart affected. Otherwise, everything still ok here, clean, organized and friendly staff.....Not one of the biggest stores but they have a very good selection on hand and the staff are friendly and helpful. This location is very convenient for me but wish it was a full size "Super store" but all in all it is very good.”
“The paint department is commendable, and I would like to express my appreciation for the exceptional service provided by your employee, Al A. His remarkable performance, amiable personality, and extensive knowledge have consistently exceeded expectations in assisting customers. He truly embodies the qualities of a valuable asset in the retail industry, and I believe he is deserving of significant recognition and compensation. It would be beneficial for the organization to have more employees emulate his exemplary conduct.”
“I visited this Home Depot for the purpose of seeing about replacement screens from windows I had purchased from there several years ago. I went to the Millwork department where I met Ian. After explaining my situation Ian was very helpful and got me a quote which was emailed to me a few days later. I then went back to the store on Saturday and again spoke with Ian who was able to place the order for me. Afterwards I roamed the store and bought a few others items. Overall the store was clean and well stocked. Other employees I came in contact with were friendly and helpful with the questions I asked. Plenty of free parking.”
