“On Monday April 24TH my Ford Taurus broke down on the way home from work. They suggested a local Towing service that came within 15 minutes to tow my car. Turns out I needed a new starter. 2 HRS after my car was towed it was fixed. I am so thankful for the wonderful service I received.”

“if i could give more than 5 stars, i would. i pulled over at the nearest auto shop after the cover underneath my car fell and was dragging while driving on the highway and no where near home or my usual dealer.
i was scared and had no idea what to do. The nice man noticed the situation i was in and instantly stopped what he was doing to remove the piece for me. i’m extremely appreciative and will be referring them to everyone i know.

He apologized that I had to wait even though I wasn't worried about it. The techs got me all set with my oil change and worked with the fleet management company to fulfill the transaction. “I used a group-on and got a great deal for a full synthetic oil change. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. My car was new to me but they knew how to adjust the computer and made sure to explain one of the codes. I have an oil temperature setting and it needs to be reset after a change. It hadn’t been working correctly as the last place did not reset it. I went to the Jiffy Lube in East Longmeadow, MA and I highly recommend it.”
“The manager there was the only person in the customer area. When I first walked in she was on the phone with one her employees and she was so sweet to them. She was very sweet to everyone. At the end it started to get busy and she checked me out and a couple went up to her and said they had an appointment. So while she was checking me out I turned around and said she's only one person. She didn't get frustrated and had a smile the whole time. Shout out to Pamela at the auto center at Walmart.”

“Very professional good fast service. They have always made tire repairs for free prior to even purchasing tires there. Also free TPMS sensor diagnostics and they provided a part number for one that was bad and sent me to O'Reilly's where it was very reasonably priced.”
