“It's a storage facility. I rate it in the top 25% of what's out there. However, their pricing was best in the area and their manager was extremely helpful. I read a couple of other reviews from the year 2009 and totally believe they were written by a competitor. Hey... I needed to store my property and these people went out of their way to assist.”

“My POD delivery kept getting delayed and it was urgent that I have it by a certain day. I eventually went to the actual office in Ludlow to work it out, and Kevin Castro saved the day and worked it out for me. He was extremely kind about the urgent situation and made sure I could get the POD I needed. Although it was later than I asked for, I'm just so grateful Kevin could figure it out for me.”
