Once the truck arrived, the driver (I'm sorry I didn't get his name) was also extremely courteous and actually helped get the long pallet off his truck into our shop parking lot.Two great employees represented the Estes name well!”

We normally love this post office but whoever you’ve got working here 2/21 & 2/22 2023 at the counter keeps screwing up and very clearly has way under zero clue what she’s doing. She keeps locking herself out of the computer. Yesterday she couldn’t even accept my package. This is getting ridiculous.”

“Nice small post office that offers all the services any post office has. I’ve always enjoyed going to this post office. It has a couple spots directly in front to park making a quick in and out trip easy. It also has some parking located in a small lot on the side of the building. An outside mailbox is also located here.”

“I walked in on the Saturday before Christmas expecting to find the usual grumpy, long-lines, poor service that we have all come to hate about USPS. My mail- including my Christmas packages- had gone missing and were never delivered. I expected to be told to fill out some forms and that my packages were lost. Instead, I found Joe, the manager. Not only did Joe find my 4!! Packages but he figured out why I hadn't been receiving mail for weeks. He did it all with a smile and calm demeanor. It took about 15-20 minutes to figure everything out and there was no attitude, eye rolling, or general dismissiveness we usually see at USPS. I am grateful for that and for for Joe this Christmas. Thanks Joe!”

“I admit, I was terrified when my package from St. Louis to Seattle somehow ended up on the opposite coast in Massachusetts. I was even more upset when I read the reviews for this distribution center. Fortunately for me, they redirected my package to its proper direction in a timely matter. I had no conversation with them, because I didn't need to. They handled it. I appreciate that alot. So, if your package ends up here, give them a lil time and patience. It may arrive later than expected, but it will arrive.”

“I love the Belchertown post office so much. I use it A LOT, as I have a lot of family members and friends overseas. Plus I love stamps. “I honestly just want to leave this review because people are so mean. This post office is great and every staff member that I have met has been both extremely helpful and kind. No matter if you just got in line or have been waiting a few minutes they always greet you with “I’m sorry about the wait” and yes, some people may find promoting and asking about surveys annoying but they are always on top of that so you know they are doing what they are suppose to! People working inside the post office have no control over how fast the delivery driver is so don’t be mad at them and give them horrible reviews over it!”
