I came to look at a car they had for sale, as I was unhappy with my recent car purchase (the seats just killed my back, nothing I tried helped.) They were absurdly friendly and accommodating; I never once felt rushed, pressured, or under any sort of obligation.
The test drive went well and I was eager to move forward with the trade-in of my current car for the one I had driven, and the offer they gave after an inspection was significantly more than I was expecting. Unfortunately, as I had only recently bought it and paid off the loan, I didn't have the title yet. A LOT of nonsense followed; I found out my previous car's dealership had lost my title so I would need a new one, massively delaying my trade in. I eventually just bought the car with cash, and instead of having to bring a friend with me to pick it up (the dealership is 2 hours away from my house), they offered to let me drive my current car there and leave it so that I could save myself two trips with another person. They kept the car there until I finally obtained a replacement title, literally a month later, and completed the sale.
Throughout this process, they were unfailingly polite and communicative, and did everything they possibly could to streamline my visits. I couldn't be happier with my new car, and I truly, honestly cannot recommend this dealership highly enough.”
“I couldn't be happier with the work done on my 2008 F150. Yeah, it's old and try as I may eventually rust got to both front fenders. I had the fenders replaced at a fair price and the vehicle looks like new! For 5% the cost of a new F150 I drove home with a smile on my face looking forward to many more years with the old Ford.
Their estimate was fair, completion time shorter than others and the quality of the repair excellent. Friendly customer service and a genuine concern to produce excellent work.”

Later, I thought there was a problem with the breaks. That was not the case, but something minor and they solved that problem. “I don't know where to start on how Frank and Tina both went above and beyond to help me. Not just with a car but to even plug me in with a veteran who would help fight for more benefits for me through the VA. Any question I had about the car was answered truthfully and transparently. I purchased out of state and traveled to purchase a car which I got a great deal on. I got an appointment at the Connecticut DMV and after I purchased the vehicle they let me keep it at their dealership for 2 weeks and then drove it to the Connecticut DMV as a courtesy for me so I could put plates on it and just drive it home. 100%. I would definitely consider purchasing an additional vehicle and Frank, the owner is the type of person. If you tell him what you're looking for, he might find you what you're looking for at the auction. The mechanic guy is very helpful and nice. He sent me high resolution pictures of anything I wanted to see while I was interested in the car. These folks are extremely honest. A+”
