“Well to start I live about an hour and a half away. I had seen they had a CRF 450R that I was very interested in, so I took the drive down there. When I got there I was introduced to Gary P. the GM, Tim M. the sales Manager and Dave N. in sales. These guys were absolutely awesome with no sales pressure like most places. They showed me the bike and I absolutely loved it! I told them I couldn't pick it up right away and asked if they could hold it after I gave them a deposit. They were so understanding and went over and above to work around my schedule since I was so far away. Well I drove down there this past Saturday to pay for it and take it home but the weather didn't want to cooperate with snow coming down like crazy. After I got down there I found out that Plaistow Powersports was their Sister store from where I bought snowmobiles and watercraft from. Gary was so understanding that I didn't want to take my new bike home in the snow and offered to deliver it to me since I was right next to their other store. Well I was blown away of what incredible service and how I was treated from the first meeting of these gentleman. While I was there I had also seen another bike that caught my eye. It was a 50th anniversary KX 250 and asked for a price on that? Gary and Tim gave me a price on it, and it was after closing time on Saturday. That's how awesome these guys were, staying after closing time to help their customers! Well I thought about it and had to drive down there this past Tuesday to look at it again with one of my buddies. When he seen it, he told me I was crazy if I didn't buy that one!!! Needless to say I bought that one too. The entire team at Central Mass Powersports from Gary the GM, Tim the sales Manager, Dave in sales, Jenn the business Manager, Aaron the service Manager, Anita the parts Manager have gone beyond my expectations on how I was treated from when I first walked in the door! I would recommend to anyone, go see them and you will be so happy that you did like I was! Thank you again and look forward to buying some more toys and parts from them!”
