“John is a Saab master and really knows his stuff. To get the level of expertise and many years of experience working on many different model Saabs at a fair price is hard to find these days. If your trying to keep your Saab going and live in the North Central MA area you would be a fool to go anywhere else. High performance vehicles like Saab with all the technology and computers need specialty equipment to service and John has pretty much everything. He just replaced the fluids/oil/filter on a Halidex equipped Saab 9-3 with all the sensors. He explained the job and documented it very well. He also replaced my Asin Werner 6 speed Auto Transmission with the proper hydraulic fluids. Hes not cheap but hes more than fair for what he does and all the experience that comes with the labor prices.If your looking for fast and cheap keep looking... theres plenty of cheaply made parts out there and mechanics that will install them for 100 bucks an hour.Services: Electrical”

“I brought my 2008 BMW 328xi to Jack’s Garage after noticing a loud exhaust leak. Jack immediately took the car in, diagnosed the problem on the spot, and even applied an exhaust sealer as a temporary fix that worked instantly. He explained the issue clearly, gave me honest advice that I could either drive it as is or go to a muffler shop for a permanent repair, and never once tried to upsell me.
This isn’t the first time I’ve come here, they also helped me with a brake dust shield issue before, and both times Jack and his team were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. It’s rare to find a mechanic who genuinely cares more about helping people than making money, but that’s exactly the type of shop this is.

“Great experience with North End Subaru. Justin D. was fantastic to work with - his experience in service was so helpful as he was able to tell us a ton about the inner workings of the car, maintenance, etc. There wasn't one question we had for him that he couldn't answer off the top of his head! I ended up with a Subaru but also test drove a Mazda and he was equally knowledgeable about those. The deal we got in the end was fair and the business manager was super helpful and transparent, plates and registration were taken care of seamlessly.”
