“Place has everything you need for animals. We have emus and they were able to help us with the feed for them. They can also order anything they done have so no worries. The animals in the place are adorable as well.”

“They were considerate and kind to our anxious dog. We were worried she wouldn't be still for them, but they were prepared and kept her comfy. They answeredy many questions to help me do better home care.”
“this review is for Trinity from the Leominster PetSmart. My daughter was getting a Gecko and we knew NOTHING. Trinity helped us from start to finish - the first night we bought all the stuff for the tank, and we came back the next morning to pick out her new pet. She helped my daughter hold it and get used to it. we asked her a MILLION questions and she was so educated, patient and kind. you guys are lucky to have her!”
“The reptiles in this store look particularly well taken care of. I always love coming and looking at the birds as well. The only staff I interacted with was the check out guy, who seemed competent at his job. Overall, not a painful place to get an errand done.”

“Employees are great with product knowledge and overall customer service. Love this store and that I get frequent rewards unlike Petco and PetSmart which feels like you have to spend $1000 before you get a $5 coupon!”
