“We had to move half our house out to refinish the floors, so we had Mi-Box deliver a container to our driveway. It was perfectly clean and easy to secure. It kept our furniture and books safe and sound until we could move them back into the house. Drop-off and pickup were super easy. Hopefully we're done moving massive quantities of furniture around for a bit, but in the event I need another storage container, I'd call these folks again!”
“Office staff is always friendly and professional. They make you feel like family. Units are clean as well as the grounds inside and out. I like that there is a dumpster available for stuff we no longer need. Thank you”
“The repond quickly when question or issues come up. The place is clean and well lit . The only one down would be they dont plow the parking spots , so a lot of anow and you gotta guess where u park”
“Myself and my wife has had inside storage at this facility for at least 5 years maybe more now. We have always had a great experience with Bob and John they are so great very pleasant to speak with and Give never had a problem with anything rodents bugs ect. Bob was the one who talked me into the inside climate controlled storage because I have a very large glass collection that I wouldn't want anything to happen too. I have been late a few times with payments and they have always helped me out the best they could we have moved from Fitch a few years ago but we still store our collections of things We have in Fitch urg we are an hour away from there now but we trust our valuables in there we wouldn't trust many places other then storage space rental and Bob and his team to keep our stuff safe and secure. Rusty and Austin were FANTASTIC, loaded and unloaded everything with professionalism and care. I’m walking away from my first experience with hiring movers incredibly satisfied and insanely impressed. They were quick, efficient, and just so incredibly helpful. My boyfriend is struggling with a shoulder injury so movers were a necessity, and after today I know that even if we can do it alone id much rather give our money to such a fantastic service and team. “Go to storage unit here multiple access points very secure, clean dollies you can use to load your stuff, at the loading dock where my storage unit is there's a hydraulic lift that makes it so you don't have to carry anything up and down the stairs. Fair prices”
