Jayden Sanchez was amazing! He was so attentive and kind to me and took care of my car very well! I highly recommend him and this location! He should get a raise for sure!!

Worst customer service. Manager Ana-luz is horrible. You ask her a question , she just walks away mid sentence.. miserable attitude..lol and thats who you make a manager... lol
Out of all the auto parts stores in Lynn ma, this one employs the most ppl that have no idea what any part or product is or what it's used for .. Nevermind the fact they can't even properly look up the parts you need.. On top of being as slow as humanly possible when serving customers. Shameful.
I will never spend a dime in any AutoZone ever again. I'll be sure to tell a friend to tell a friend.
You need a new manager and better training for your so called "staff"

I bought a light bulb that cost $131.99 and they said if I didn't need the bulb I could return it and I went to the Lyn. Location to return it since it's closer to my house she said nope I can't return it the box is dirty the box was dirty cuz the kid at the Saugus store had to open it to make sure it matched and then I didn't even need a new bulb it just needed to be plugged in correctly. Saugus said they would take it back but haven't had time to go back yet. They couldn't even get my old light bulb out abs sold me 2 other bulbs that were not even for my car after I got my low beam bulb out it was not broken just needed to be plugged in so might try to return it back to Saugus store since that is where I bought it and they couldn't put it in my car for me but it didn't need a new bulb

I went to autozone to return a tool that did not fit my car. The return was accompanied with a receipt on 4-18-2023. A cashier he was white, older guy I’m his mid 50’s. Was very belligerent., told me he could refuse my return, which a lug wrench that would fit the lug nuts on my car. He said it has to be in good condition. I purchased the part yesterday. $20 dollar cost. If it don’t fit how the hell could you ruin a dam four way wrench in one day. He said this is getting ridiculous, this is not a rent a tool store. He is a cashier, his job is to accept purchases and and do accept returns. He went way and beyond his duties, very bad attitude, I told him if you don’t want to accept then don’t and he said get out of here. There was a Hispanic male who called me over and was very professional and helped me. That guy today is very bad for autozone business. He is unclothed and need to be taught how to respect customers.

Came in not being quite sure if I needed a new battery, and I am very glad that I decided to go to this Autozone, specifically because of one of the employees named Heath. He was able to help with testing the battery, and even helped me replace it. What I initially thought was going to be a straight forward replacement soon involved some stripped nuts and bolts, as well as an issue with the connector for the battery, which also needed to be replaced. He went above and beyond to help, and I am forever grateful for that.

I would like to thank and appreciate luz manager from AutoZone what incredible customer service provided my car battery was not working I went inside to purchase some items and my car didn't want to start I I ask luz and some of her workers if they could give me some assistance and luz when beyond expectations incredible customer service I was able to get my car fix and left very happy with the service she provided very professional and polite. thank you again.

Will avoid at all costs going forward. The staff has minimal training and they claimed to have recharged my battery when they didn't. Made me miss an important doctor's appointment I had on the following day.

Label provided me with the wrong engine air filter.I provided him the information he asked for before purchasing.When I returned and advised him it was the wrong filter he thought it was funny.I asked for a book so that I could look it up myself. He advised he looked it up correctly by showing me the screen which I pointed out that the Toyota was a 4cylinder not a 6 cylinder. He thought that was funny also. Another employee came over and went and got the correct filter. I had brought in my old filter.Very poor customer service. If you had the books out or a computer I could have picked out the correct one.Won’t be back . No reason to be treated this way and the rep should know how to look up and engine air filter.Very dissatisfiedWalter MearsA

Day time visits no problem ,night time forget it. Purchased oil and filter . Got home noticed filter smaller than one that was on. Tried to match up filter putting it on but not snugging it up. Too small.Bring it back . Troubles start .Clerk gives me his name as Justin. When I purchased the oil, Justin said I had too many phone numbers in system and he didn't want to go thru them. I have 3. I bring filter back and Justin says I damaged it. Told him I don't know what he was talking about. I only put some oil on the gasket and loosely put it on to see if it was going to be ok.Hes adamant I damaged it even showing customers where the holes near the threads are crushed in. After going back n forth a few minutes, he acts like he's going to do me a big favor and do an exchange. After he gets the info in the vehicle he said that their was a big difference in filters between a 4 and 6 cylinder. I said maybe the clerk made a mistake but again he's insisting I gave the clerk erroneous info. Told him I have had the vehicle for 19 years and have never ordered or recieved the wrong part. Then tells me ,maybe you shouldn't be ordering parts for it. He just kept on insisting it was my fault. Told him if it was my fault i would of owned up to a lousy $11 filter Finally had enough and told him where to go. There and Customer Service Classes as I left for Advanced Auto up the street.Sure more reviews about Justin in the future
