I had a very good experience with eastern bank. They waved fees for overpayment and a gentleman by the name of John McCormick. Give me excellent customer service.I would recommend that you get a savings account or checking account if you prefer with them

They never answer their phone keep getting just music . Waited 15 mins then hung up the first time tried again another 15 and still no answer

When their coin machine is down the sign for it being down should be put on all entries ways especially at all locations because some coin machines are further into certian locations. They are all good employees but that would be much more helpful.
