Terrible Internet service, the modem does not work for me at all, I do not recommend it, they will only waste their money and waste their time, they turn a blind eye, and neither do the Customer Service people help you in the store. be careful

There is so much (false advertisement) yada yada yada that they don't tell you about. They're judgemental on who's transferring to them.
When they advertise deals for the service that they provide. They should stick to the advertisement. Instead of a false advertisement on the service.

I had a bad situation with my phone breaking on easter Sunday. Most places weren't even open. But metro on the lynnway was. A really nice young guy helped me- I forget his name but he was great! Helped me get my new phone & transfered all my stuff from my old phone. I was panicking- I needed to transfere all my business e-mail accounts & he helped me do it! Thank you again!

The young woman at the Lynnway Metro PCS who helped me was great!
After going to the Beverly and Peabody locations and getting told they couldn't or wouldn't honor my upgrade despite being a loyal customer for 15 years, the Lynn Metro PCS really came through! It was important I got my phone situation resolved today and it got resolved!
I got my upgrade (like I should have at Peabody or Beverly) and I will going back to that location for any other cell accessories etc that I need in future. Thanks again!!
