“I went with my family to Adam's Furniture for a new dining set. I was amazed with their atmosphere, selection and employees. I had the pleasure of being taken care of Zen; an amazing sales associate working for Adam's Furniture for over 35 years.
He introduced himself and directed us to where the selections were based on our needs. I was impressed with his patience, knowledge, people skills, and customer service focused mindset. Which is a breath of fresh air compared to sales associates of competitors. My mother is very picky and does not like to feel like she is being pressured to buy something. She was very pleased to not feel that she was being sold to. Zen answered all her questions and made her feel heard and needs understood.
I highly recommend Adam's Furniture to anyone looking to be treated and receive service as if you are a member of the family. Come and ask for Zen he will take care of you; you will not be disappointed.”

- At lights on Haule Rd keep RIGHT to I-90W (No signs on tunnel), left lane I-90E, Right I-90W

“THIS IS NOT A TYPICAL SHOWROOM, IT IS RED THREAD DESIGN AND THEY ARE GREAT
When you search 'Steelcase Boston', you (like me) would think it is a typical retail branded showroom. This address/location is actually 'Red Thread' design studio who are a Steelcase authorized dealer, servicing mainly corporate clientele but take individual appointment walk-ins. They were very responsive to my email and Aga was incredibly helpful and friendly during my individual chair test.
Seems like a lot of bad reviews are because people are expecting a retail experience, but it is slightly different. Would recommend contacting the Red Thread team if interested in a chair test.”
