I love the black lady Vivan that works at public storage in Lynn !
I think that’s her name ?
but she’s the only reason I keep my stuff there! The prices always keep going up and I feel like I’m being overcharged but dealing with her and laughing with her makes it worth the experience! I don’t know what these big businesses would do without great management and people that care!
It started at $175 a month now same unit $375 !! robbery but pleasure with the lady that’s there always

First let me say thank you l have always had good experiences with public Storage l had been with them for 20 years so that should tell you something
I want to give a special thank you to Vivian she is so wonderful caring so very kind and she knows what she is doing she is such a pleasure every question lve ever had Vivian explained it in detail she really cares for her customers and lam so serious about that l wish ther were more like her she is really great so if anyone reads this please ask for Vivian because she is the best!

My experience at Public storage was amazing the property manager Vivian took the time show me the property and help pick the unit the I need it , the property is clean and organized she do and awesome job I definitely recommend Public storage.
