Kevin was very nice, hemmed my pants and helped to decide on which hem I should get for each pair, which was very helpful, because I'm so indecisive! I really appreciated all the help!!!! “This is my favorite American Eagle location. The ladies that work here are very knowledgeable about the products and are kind. I have scoliosis with hardware in my spine and mentioned the style of pants that feels best to me and she went above and beyond looking through the store and the back to bring out some options for me. I am also very short (4’10”) and another employee helped me reach an item up high after she had asked if I needed anything. I appreciate how helpful everyone was. I was assisted in ordering a pair of jeans online that was not available in store and I was able to stock up on some sweat pants.”
