“I went in for a bow tie and pocket square for my son to wear to his GFs prom. It had to match her dress. John,(the worker w the Boston tattoos on his arms ) was very nice,super helpful and went out of his way to make sure we got what we needed. We left still unsure if it was a perfect match to her dress. Well last night was prom and they looked amazing.The bow tie/pocket square were the perfect amount of color to pull them together. Super happy with Gibley Danvers MA. I would 100% recommend any one prom or wedding shopping to go see John. Last year for my son’s prom we went to “Men’s Warehouse, Medford MA. It was a sh!t show. With all employees there. (We went 4 times fixing all the mistakes that the employees kept making with my son’s suit).”

He dreamt up and created a striking, transitional wedding outfit of a bustier, straight skirt, gloves, veil, and detachable overskirt for my ceremony/cocktail hour and then slim pants for the reception/after party. He also deconstructed my Mother’s wedding dress and then reimagined it as a modern and sentimental rehearsal dinner dress and cape for me to wear the night before the wedding. David and Daniel collaborated on my Mother’s Mother of the Bride dress for the wedding and she looked gorgeous. I almost settled for something I ordered online, but I am so glad I checked out their store last minute. Vyajayanti is very welcoming and sweet. She and Prakriti helped me pick what I was looking for. Prakriti has amazing expertise. The dress I picked was quite big. Prakriti tailored my dress perfectly and she gave it in 3 days. She also helped me style the dupatta in different ways I wanted without me having to explain anything. I regret not knowing about this store before. “If I were able to make it more often than I do, I'd rate it 5 stars.
I joined about 10 months ago and have been something like 4 times and a not sure if I'll be able to make it a fifth time. That's partly on me (I live/work about a 30 min drive away or longer if I'm trying to make it during rush hour/right after work), but also: the hours aren't super friendly to nine-to-fivers. When I first joined I think maybe every week or every other week there would be a Thursday or Friday with a couple of hours when it was open in the evening (something like 5 to 7 or maybe 6 to 8?) and two weekend days (per month) with 2 to 4 hours of being open in the middle of the day - the bulk of the open hours being during business hours on weekdays. The open hours have varied with staff availability (understandable!), but for me it's been a lot harder to make it there than I anticipated when I joined.
If you can make it for their open hours more easily thanIve found myself able to (the weekend days kept clashing with other commitments I had, given the middle-of-the-day hours), I'd highly recommend joining, though.”

“Wow, we had been having a swimsuit crisis (this happens every year with my daughter, who is now 11 years old but has gone through puberty a bit earlier and is **VERY** sensitive about her body) where nothing works, and a woman on staff (maybe manager?) swept in and SAVED the day! She knew JUST what to say to sell my daughter on finally trying (another) swimsuit (we had to order it from home, full coverage high waisted swim bottoms, but it's on the way!).
