The store is tidy and aesthetically pleasing; the fish appear healthy; their tanks are clean and contain appropriate shelters, etc.; and they have a nifty set-up for their frags.Dre, the manager, was friendly, knowledgeable, and skilled. I was particularly gratified to see how patient and careful he was when catching the firefish we decided to get.The store’s loyalty program is pretty decent, plus they carry a variety of LRS food blends that our fish enjoy. We’ll definitely stop by when we’re in the area again.”
“Great pet store with an awesome selection of products. Love that they carry Small Batch freeze dried and gently cooked, Small Batch bone broths, Raised Right, OKO cat litter, Ziwipeak, and Open farm bone broths. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. I love the rewards program and the discounts, they really make a difference. Highly recommend for any pet owner!”
“I'm a regular at Jabberwock and they're fantastic. There's never been a question they haven't been able to answer, and it's so much fun getting to talk about reptiles or arachnids with the staff. They special-ordered an amblypygid for me and made sure to reach out when it arrived, which felt so special. Small stores like Jabberwock are a rarity in a time of big box stores, and it's such a joy to come in.”

“How lucky are we to have this local gem? Once you become aware of how horrendous high-processed dry dog food is for our furry family and how the industry has brainwashed our Vets - you desperately seek out the best food you can. It's difficult to find, nevermind finding sellers who know their stuff. Well, The Natural Dog has very enthusiastic and helpful employees and Dawn, in particular, has definitely researched and learned her stuff. I can't recommend this place enough.”
“I have a Jack Russell Chihuahua mix and haven't brought him for a professional bath since our last groomer unfortunately went out of business. He's a rescue and can be fickle around new people. The lovely folks at Linda's told me he did great (I really hope so!) But I will say while he was happy to see me, he did seem very relaxed. The price was very reasonable for a bath, ear cleaning, nail trim, etc and even a bandana! $$ is tight these days but we will be back soon!”
“What a great place! My neighbors bring their dog and get dog food and dog treats there. She told me to go. I took my dog and went there. Knowledgeable and friendly staff! Even the customers were nice. My dog loved the place. We got a lot of treats for him. They have warm socks, gloves, gardening things, food and things for birds, cats, farm animals, and people, everything. I was really impressed with the kindness and great atmosphere that I felt there plus the great selection of dog things. I will definitely go back again and I will tell my friends that they really must go. An A plus place!”

“I love my local Petco store. It's a smaller store, but has a good variety of items. What makes this store great is its staff. Everyone I've encountered has been friendly, professional, and extremely helpful if I have questions on a product, or they offer very good advice. Plus they work in tandem with a local pet food pantry, which I think is fantastic.”

Whether he is being welcomed in by Alexia or Kathleen or being brought out to me in the afternoon by Marissa, I can tell Frankie is always happy there! They treat him like he is their own! “I recently got a puppy and was looking for a store close by that offered healthy food/treats for my pup. They are a one stop shop for me always. I get my pup's dog food here, treats, toys, bandanas, bathing stuff, etc. Lauren the owner is amazing and always so helpful! She always takes the time to help me find what I am looking for and recommend anything she thinks would be beneficial for my pup. She is very knowledgeable and truly cares about your animals care. Carrie and Kayla who work there as well are fantastic and always willing to help me find what I need. The best dog store around! Thankful for this hardworking business and these ladies who run it.”
“I called spur of the moment for a nail clipping on the weekend and they got us in within the hour! My dog who usually struggles with nail clipping did so well due to the training and knowledge of the team. You can also look right in while your dogs getting their service. “Bought a new fish tank-found it easily. The one worker at that time was able to greet us and answer a question right away. Then she had some checkouts to do. It was the end of the day but I think she did well. Maybe being alone and within 1/2 hour of closing I would be unable to smile but she did, I think when there are 2 workers they pump each other up so that is why I am saying so much. She did go to work on shelving or something as we left. I just thought lucky for Petco it wasn't me working alone, I would have sat down after checking out 3 orders. I went outside. My cart rolled away while I had the glass tank in my hands. And the cart went far down the hill, she came out and got it. You picked a good worker for closing that night. See ya!!”
