Lived here for 2 years and it was a great experience. Apartments and nice and well laid out. Maintenance staff are friendly and respond to work orders within 24 hours. Leasing office, especially Tim, are great!
The building has no major problems with pests, noise, smells etc.

Leasing team (met with Tim) is very friendly and responsive. Corridors have leaks when touring, but the apartment itself looks nice enough. Didn't end up signing the lease due to personal reasons but the process was rather pleasant.

Poor management extremely unprofessional, no response for incoming renters. How could you expect good management and living experience with managers don’t even care about their jobs? Location is good but I promise you could find a way better place to live with almost the same price.
