I went there 6 months ago to recycle the used oil, they declined. And I just went there again today and then refused again because "our tank is full". I really doubt it cuz it's the same excuse as the last time. So if you wanna recycle your used oil, better go to Medford AutoZone, they always take it.

Bad, bad, bad service! The kid refused to change my light bulb. but just change the air filter of the guy before me!
SERIOUSLY...
I ordered Online, next day delivered, have it change by my mechanic for free, and I returned the light bulds while having my car washed across the street and I saved money !
What a desapointment!
I don't get it most of thing are cheaper Online so why when you go physically to a shop they just don't give a donut about service!!

Iam beginning to think all auto zones are the same regarding customer service. 4-5workers in the store only one sales person helping customers he asked one of the remaining workers to help me. The worker had walked past me 2-3times not asking if I needed help mind you no other customers in the store. They were talking amongst themselves no remembering why there at the job to begin with

I always like to go to Malden Auto Zone, all the mechanics and friends that I know shop at this location and they always have what I need. Today I had to stop by to charge my car battery that was completely dead and Bryan was the one that helped me and this time I really felt like writing this review just to say how helpful and friendly he is. Thanks Bryan for providing a great service and thanks Malden Auto Zone I will always come back.

My daughter went in today to purchase a battery post cap and first was given wrong thing and when sales person came out to figure the right item, he asked my daughter if she wanted to see a mechanic and someone came from out of nowhere and put the post cap on which is simple to do and never told her there would be a charge and then asked her if she had $20 in cash. She said she did not and then he asked if she has Cash App and told her it would be $20. She told me the story when she got home and I said I never heard of being charged there like that. I had bought the battery from them. I then called the store and asked to speak to the manager and manager said they do not have mechanics there and said she didn't understand why she was getting a call. SO who was this person who conned my daughter out of $20? I have the name but I can't locate them and have suspicions that it is a fake name. UPDATE: I was contacted by the regional manager and he contacted the store, he apologized to us and she was refunded.
