Due to a family emergency they were able to reschedule my service date and the communication with both Carla and Shaun the owner was exceptional. On the day of my appointment Shaun was early, waiting for my arrival and ready to do the install. It was was clear to me that he takes a lot of pride in the quality of his replacements and I'm so glad I didn't go to the national chain replacement shop my insurance company sends people to save $ at the consumer's expense. “Steve at So Real Sounds is the BEST. he has guided me through several audio upgrades on my car and the installation of a back up camera.Just last week, Steve helped with an issue I was having with the audio. I thought that I would need to purchase at least $1000 of additional components.One thing I really admire about Steve is his integrity and honesty. “You know when you go someplace and the service, price and experience is so good, you kind of want to keep it to yourself? Well that was my first experience at Bennett St Tire this week. And I brought not one, but two cars to them.The first car we had in was my wife's Land Rover LR4 which needed to be aligned due to some front end parts being replaced. They said there would be a decent wait and then in less than an hour they were bringing her truck in. The tech stopped me to tell me the truck would not fit in the bay with our roof box on. I told him I could take it off quickly enough and rather than grumble like many other places would, Jeremy (their alignment tech) helped me take down the box. Then when the alignment was done, he put it back on without asking for my help. Amazing!The second truckwe had was due for new tires.We were driving on a failing set that was flat out dangerous. This truck is 16 years old and has aftermarket wheels so I wanted a very specific tire. D at the front desk gave me 3 great suggestions and in the end, I went with Falken Wildpeak AT Trails that I had wanted. I ordered the tires the next day over the phone with the owner Gary. He was super knowledgable and friendly. Great guy to talk tires with!I dropped our second truck for the tires the night before to avoid a scramble the next day. They called me at 10:20 to ask me a question and then were not done until 2:30. This was fine by me because I was not waiting there and would rather if be done right. In the end, they had trouble with my camber bolts which I will have my mechanic check out. The truck drives great though.As it turns out, our LR4 steering wheel is slightly off so we will back. That said, I had something done mechanically to the steering wheel with our mechanic so the issue could be that too.The price on the Falken Wildpeaks was more than good and fair and Susan at the front desk was also amazing throughout the process. Their location is not like a conventional 'chain' tire shop and that is part of what makes them great. Tucked away on Bennett St, finding this place feels a bit like finding the off the beaten path pizza joint. Highly recommend Bennett St Tires. Thank you Susan, Jeremy, Gary and team. You guys are great!”

My car is new, surprisingly the glass was in stock same day, technology glass, since my vehicle.os equipped with sensors and cameras for lane assist etc. Glass was installed in 50 minutes, car was returned in better condition considering clean glass and window stickers were all reapplied without a tear. Courteous professional and clean... even caught up on my Dr Phil in the waiting area.. Fyi this location is prime considering there is Floramos restaurant across the street, grab some tips, a beer and play some keno and time will FLY!”

“Above and beyond service with same day replacement!! Broke my windshield late at night just 2 days before I had to catch a flight and wouldn’t be back until a week later. I called early in the morning and made it clear that I was on a time crunch and would need it done by the next morning before 5am for my flight. I knew I was asking for almost the impossible as others had already told me they couldn’t do it in time. Rico and his team went above and beyond to help me out by ordering the windshield and saying they would try to come out and replace it IF the windshield got delivered later that day. It also helped that I had a pretty generic make and model car (Toyota Tacoma). They (2 people) came all the way to where I was located in Gloucester and was finished within 30 min! I am forever appreciative especially with the time constraints I had. Tipped them handsomely and had to insist they take it.Sidenote: Said they would call me when they finished and although I was a bit hesitant, I went inside my house. I had a bunch of stuff in the car but nothing seemed to be missing.Overall, seems like a humble and great crew so far. I will maybe update later on the quality and durability of the windshield, if it holds up, etc, after waiting the estimated waiting time to drive.”

“Amazing place, super friendly and helpful staff, saved my week!!My car got broken into Saturday morning, but with all of the auto shops closed over the weekend I had to wait until Monday. I scheduled an appointment online with another glass company but the soonest they had available was Thursday, which would mean I'd have to get a car rental for a few days. I called these guys and they were able to get the glass for my passenger side window and fix it before 3pm same day!! “After multiple supplier issues (shop kept getting a broken windshield) I finally got it replaced and what a great experience. They were able to transfer over my inspection sticker and the Velcro stickers for the toll pass. They saw me at my appointment time and got me in and out in the quoted time. Never had a windshield replaced before but these guys made it easy. Highly recommend. And if you have a Subaru, just have them call you once your windshield is in to schedule an appointment.”

“Where do I start. I had 2 windshield go in one year. I didn’t realize Safelite was owned by most insurance companies and the few times I’ve used them the quality was not good at all. Had a side window go on 2 separate vehicles and when they were done it sounded like rice crispies when it went up and down. That being said I prefer to support local. Google search, great reviews, and I ended up here. Small company, great workmanship and the office even gave me their cell phone so we could text. I have ZERO complaints. When my glass goes again I already have their number in my phone.”
