1st Class Auto Body is an excellent shop providing professional and exceptional auto body repair in the Boston area. Customers consistently report a great experience, praising the amazing service and high-quality work that returns vehicles looking as good as new, often comparing the finish to when the car was first driven off the dealership lot. The team is described as professional, friendly, and super nice, treating customers like family and making stressful circumstances much easier.
Communication is a standout feature, with regular daily text updates on progress and ETA provided for helpful planning, often finishing the work right on schedule or even early. They work directly with insurance companies and handle the entire process without added complications. A frequently appreciated bonus is that vehicles are professionally detailed, cleaned inside and out, at no extra charge. The shop itself is noted as a clean space. The staff, from the office to the mechanics, are commended for being personable, welcoming, wonderfully sweet, and for explaining things clearly. They are known for taking care of every need, looking at the person and not just the car, and accommodating each individual. Customers highly recommend 1st Class Auto Body for any repair, large or small, with no concerns regardless of the vehicle's age or value, calling it the best auto body place.
This is a great shop! Everyone that works there is friendly, timing to get the fix was reasonable, and the car looked amazing when I got it back!! They handled everything with the insurance company I submitted the claim to. 10/10 would come here again.

I’m unsure of the ONLY one star review mentioned by Kemal, this is the best auto body shop in Boston. Professional, best prices, top notch front office. Best experience possible. Kevin was very helpful and assisted me at every turn, truly exceptional employee. Highly recommend.
