“I found TechToucan while frantically looking for someone local who could fix my screwed up business emails that had gotten so bad I was missing client e mails. So I called, emailed and Honorius returned my call wlthin an hour. He offered to make a housecall (!) a few hours later. He arrived, set himself up with my computer and my husband; and immediately began to work on my emails my server, my site hosts and by the time he finished 4 hours later, everything computer or internet dependent had been streamlined and worked perfectly. Honorius went WAY beyond my expectations..He texted the following morning just to check in, then called my husband (we have a business together) and walked him through a few new functions. Honorius embodies service. Any computer related issue sends me into a panic attack, and Honorius’ confident, calm demeanor instantly put my fears to rest. This is true concierge service. “Incredible service! I'm a software engineer and consider myself generally tech saavy yet I could not figure out which component in a pc I built myself failed after 4years suddenly. I show up the next day, drop off my computer, and Singh is not only able to diagnose every single component but also helped me finish the repair + clean my pc in one business day! He even helped me order a part quicker than I could've received it to replace the broken component and gave me clear and concise updates throughout the process. “Like other reviewers, I've been bringing machines to Gagan Singh for years and have been consistently impressed by his knowledge, the quality of his work, his reliability, and the speed with which he turns stuff around. And his fees are more than reasonable. Our latest visit was to diagnose why the first gaming computer my son built wouldn't fire up, and Gagan quickly identified the issues, explained them to my son, fixed them, and did some additional cable management that made the build more pleasing aesthetically. And he charged very little for his time and expertise. We hope not to have to come back -- who wants a computer that needs repair -- but feel lucky to have a place in which we have such confidence.”

“I dropped my Google Pixel phone and the display broke, leaving me with a non-functioning display. I brought my phone to his shop and not only did Valentino happen to have a replacement screen for my (8 year old) model, but had it repaired in about 40 minutes. His pricing was very reasonable too.”

“Highly recommend this place! This morning I woke up and saw that my laptop had gotten wet from some water that spilled on my desk. The screen was not working and caps lock light was blinking, indicating water damage. I took it to Sam, expecting a costly repair. Fortunately it turned out to be a simple fix (somehow no hardware damage!), but nonetheless it did require him to open up the bottom and unplug something on the motherboard (I’m not tech savvy at all and would not have known how to do this) and run a test of the system to make sure the battery/other components were ok. Even though there weren’t any repairs needed, I greatly appreciated Sam’s help. I’m a student and was panicking at the thought of not having a working laptop. Very grateful to have it back up and running smoothly!”

“I couldn't agree more with other reviewers. I have an Epson all in one that stopped printing black awhile ago. I have another printer that does print black so just used it. I tried to solve the problem myself to no avail. Called around to find some place to fix it and was referred to Collins Office Systems. I happen to live in Arlington and drive by Collins all the time but never thought to go in. Well I'm SO happy I did. As others said, Meti the owner and master repairer is responsive, friendly and a magician for sure. I had the printer back and good as new 1.5 business days after dropping it. The price for the repair was extremely reasonable and the advice about how to avoid this problem in the future was helpful as well. This place is great!!! You can't go wrong by bringing your business here!”

“Tony was great throughout the entire process. Whole thing took 2 visits and he knew exactly what he was doing. My TV suddenly stopped powering on, I tried all the troubleshooting possible and nothing worked.Tony took the a look at the hardware and quickly recognized the motherboard not functioning. Ordered the part and repaired it on the next visit.Really nice guy and very reasonable prices for the work. Saved me from buying a new TV which I’m super grateful for. Highly recommend if you’re having TV issues.”

“Had a busted USB port on my cell phone. T-Mobile Revel V 5G , T-Mobile wouldn't fix it, they wanted me to buy a new phone. Ubreakwefix quoted me 120 and 5-7 days, CPR phone repair told me 25 diagnostics and then 130 for the part and labor and a week...Phil had the part on hand and fixed it in 20 minutes!!! Very impressive ? This guy knows his stuff. 30 years in the business. He's been fixing them since weve been breaking them. Highly recommend”

“I had water damage on my phone due to it dropping in some water. I wasn't sure it could be fixed. I was also hoping that my pictures, etc, would be saved. Matt replaced the screen and cleaned the phone up, and the pictures and saved data were all good. Reasonable prices, professional and pleasant. I highly recommend.”
