They will not advise on remediation or abatement of materials, and I find that useful so that there is no conflict of interest while interpreting the outcome of something like an asbestos test.”

“Yes, this lab is only for Fenway Health patients. I have used this location for many years and the team is always great. I know there might be a wait, so I plan accordingly. When I go over to Fenway, it's usually for multiple things so I just incorporate lab work into what I'm already doing. Besides, if it's a long wait, there's a Target right across the street!”
“Booking an appointment (or simply walking in if you're able to wait) is a breeze. It's recommended to arrive 20 minutes early for your appointment to ensure a smooth experience. Upon arrival, you check in using their tablet and then patiently await your turn.
Once called, you enter a space where communication is crystal clear. The staff, comprised of two delightful ladies, exude warmth, patience, and friendliness. They prioritize your comfort throughout the process, ensuring you're at ease every step of the way.
I've always struggled with multiple needle attempts due to elusive veins, typically requiring 3 to 4 tries. However, to my amazement, they nailed it on the first attempt here!

“APPOINTMENT ONLY. Yes it advertises walk ins, but you are just gambling. There were at least 5 people waiting for over several hours at this location, however, the lady who drew my blood was extremely efficient and professional. I know it’s difficult to find time and postpone labs, but please, you will save yourself so much time in the long run by going on their website and booking a later date.
Also there is free 2 hour parking on mass Ave. DO NOT pay for the parking lot, it is not free.”
