“Overall I give them a 5 star. No they are not perfect or have the ultimate CS skills but they have been coming to my mom for several years now. I am most grateful that we have a service like this. Everyone that has been here has been very nice. Once in awhile you get a "bad egg". Mom has only had maybe one or two and the lab promised to never send them again and hasn't . Mom doesn't walk at all and has to get her blood drawn sometimes several times a month. It would be impossible to do outside the home unless she took an ambulance which is extremely costly and It's not easy with a wheelchair in the rain and snow (I have RA and am her only caregiver). So Thank you Falkner labs for being there!!!!”

“I’ve always had a great experience here! I usually make appointments for first thing in the morning and find that there is little to no wait time then. My phlebotomist today, Aquinta, was lovely - I can sometimes get a bit lightheaded with blood draws, and she went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and feeling ok before leaving (this does take a bit more time, so apologies to the folks after me in the waiting room, but also keep in mind that sometimes the long waits here are due to tricky patients like myself and no fault of the staff!)”

Usually it takes multiple attempts to get blood from me since I’m a tough stick, but Natasha sat me down and was successful in literally seconds! Didn’t even feel it! Will definitely be coming back for future blood draws.”

“The low ratings had me nervous, but I had a very pleasant experience. I was 15 minutes late, so my appointment was treated as a walk-in, but I was still seen quickly. The phlebotomist was very nice and accommodated my request for the reclining chair and asked for my preference on getting a countdown versus surprising me. They were skilled at the blood draw and did not blow my vein (as happened elsewhere the last two times I had that done) so it was as painless as it could be.”
